VietnamGuide publishes people-first travel guidance rooted in verifiable logistics. We do not publish generic itinerary filler.

Our Four-Tier Verification Hierarchy

• Tier 1 — Primary Government Gazettes: Visa decrees, 45-day exemption resolutions, border checkpoint operating hours, and customs declarations must cite official government releases.
• Tier 2 — Transport Operator Data: Railway timetables (dsvn.vn), expressway toll matrices (CT01), airport taxi pickup pillars, and interprovincial limousine fares must reflect active booking engine rates.
• Tier 3 — Unannounced On-Site Audits: Street-food pricing, local boat tour tariffs (e.g. Trang An, Tam Coc), and trekking homestay standards are verified through regular field inspections without operator forewarning.
• Tier 4 — Rapid Community Recalibration: When travelers encounter on-the-ground changes, our editorial desk verifies the discrepancy within 48 hours and updates the published guide.

Commercial Independence

Commercial partnerships never dictate editorial rankings. When a rail timetable changes or an entrance tariff shifts, our editors verify the revision directly at dsvn.vn or provincial tourist portals. If an operator drops standards or inflates rates unfairly, we remove them from our recommendations immediately.
